Seeking to buy: Call Center(s) - $50 - $200 million available to invest - single or multiple sites - prefer profitable business but can be distressed organization looking for an exit - would be interested in call centers specializing in customer interaction/care - collections - financial - health care - travel or telecom.

>CC2. Seeking to buy - looking for call center financial expertise - also small business catalogue - direct response - primarily inbound - little outbound - They presently have 5 sites 200 - 300 agents in each - one in Canada has 30-40 - They would be interested in another Canadian site.

>CC3. >CC34. - Seeking to set up & lease: Located 30 minutes west of Boston - there is an abundance of inexpensive ($11-$12 psf net) and brand new facilities, including one that has never been occupied. In 90-120 days it would be possible for us to set-up a 300 seat call center, including Dell PCs with 17inch LCDs, NEC digital phone system, head sets, cubicles, and furniture. Ballpark estimate for set-up is $745K (including two months lease on 50,000 sq. ft.) - the phone system, - 300 PCs, etc., and proprietary software for real-time data capture and business rule processing with secure, user-specific web access). Two-year lease for 50,000 sq. ft. would probably run around $1.2 Million. "We could also assist with warehousing".

>CC36. -  Seeking to sell - This site is one third Inbound handling Sales Customer service - one third B2B outbound direct sales and lead generation  - and one third outbound to mostly existing customers - they are highly focused with select group of long term customers - clients who need the 1/3 set up. Revenue is in the $10- $5 million range. They have been approached to sell in the past but unfortunately had to decline because it was not a good fit. They must maintain the 1/3 set up because of customer's demands.
